1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products
Items without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Replacement
Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
